Pressure is not what I expected. I don’t feel like it’s really doing anything. The water reservoir is also such that you can’t really see when you’re getting full and so the water runs over. I just am disappointed since I have always heard people rave about WaterPiks. I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
There is no way to control the pressure of water. I ended up getting a bloody tooth and gum from water. Found it very uncomfortable to use and not as practical as my older model.

Hello - We're sorry you are not satisfied. The model comes with two tips that create two pressure settings. The pressure can be adjusted by switching from the blue tip (low pressure) to the clear tip (high pressure). If you have not flossed regularly in the past, it may take some time for your gums to get used to it. However, if pain and bleeding are severe or if they persist, we recommend speaking with your dental provider.
I love my water pick! Sense I got it I haven’t had any plaque build up. It keeps my teeth clean. I still floss though.

I have owned at least three of these cordless flossers and all of them died within 2 years (usually much less). The water pressure is lower than competing brands and the small water reservoir makes reloading necessary during flossing.

Hello - We're sorry you are unhappy with the WP-360. Although the pressure is not as strong as our counter top models, it is still effective. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If you are finding it to be a hassle to refill the reservoir, a counter top model would be a better fit. We would be happy to help! You can email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com for assistance.
