Hello Kattie - We're sorry that your WP-360 is leaking. It is common for the Water Flosser to leak when water is left inside the reservoir. Please make sure to empty any remaining water in the reservoir after each use, and the leaking will discontinue. You can refer to “When Finished” in the instruction manual for the aftercare instructions for the product.

Both the plastic and motor broke

This is my 2nd waterpik. The first was also a handheld, but a different style, and it lasted me for years. This one worked great - for about 3 weeks - and then it broke. Literally broke. The plastic cracked without it being dropped or anything. Not only that, but it will not hold a charge and the motor seems to be broken. Very disappointed with this product. I'll definitely buy another waterpik, but I absolutely will not buy another one like this and would not recommend this one.

Not very impressed. Seems to go through the water reservoir way before I was done.. Kept having to refill it. Ended up using regular string floss.

We're sorry that the WP-360 did not meet your expectations. This model is designed small as it is intended more for travel and for those that have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If this is an inconvenience, we recommend a counter top model with a larger reservoir.
