We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth before turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink. Although the pressure is not as strong as our counter top models, it is still effective. However, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We're sorry that you are not completely happy with the unit. The unit is designed small for travel and lack of counter space. If refilling the reservoir is an inconvenience, we recommend one of our counter top models.
Charger should glow solid when fully charged up. Can't tell when to unplug.

Hello Steve Ch - Thank you for your review of the model WP-360. There is no indicator displaying when the unit is fully charged. However, if the unit is a newly released version, the LED on the charging cord will be ON when the unit is charging and will turn OFF when charging has ended.
