I’m concerned about the charging USB port light always flashes when charging light never goes off. Charged does not last that long. Not really happy about that.

We're sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your WP-360. The flashing light is on a timer and will shut off after 20 hours. However, if the unit is unplugged during the 20-hour timer, it will restart when plugged back in. A full charge will typically last up to two weeks depending on use.

This is my 3rd buy of same model. No adapter plug for wall outlet included. Battery charge yields 1/3 time of older models. Dissappointed in this one. I expect more from this brand.

Poor battery life

I just threw out my second waterpik and bought a different brand. The battery doesn't hold a full charge anymore...Same as the first one
