My Waterpik Water Flosser Model WP-360 quit working after 53 days. The blue flosser with less pressure quit working after about 5 uses. I flushed it to remove any obstructions but that did not help. The more powerful flosser never did have much power. I followed the initial instructions to charge the flosser for 24 hours when I first purchased it. I do not recommend purchasing this flosser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Philip Ankney - We're sorry for the difficulty you encountered with the model. The unit comes with two tips that create two pressure settings. The pressure can be adjusted by switching from the blue tip (low pressure) to the clear tip (high pressure). Although the pressure is not as strong as our counter top models, it remains effective.

Didn't care for this model. The tank was very hard to separate. It was too long to fit under my bathroom sink faucet making filling hard. Water ran empty before I finished. Not waterproof so I wonder how low it would have lasted since it pretty hard to avoid spilling some water on it during use. No indication of when battery was fully charged. Only the cord for charging was supplied. It make a powerful jet of water though. Could probably make do as a travel unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m just sorry I waited so long to use a water flosser.
I’m glad I started with this one. It does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth always feels so much cleaner.
The unit itself does it take up much room on my bathroom counter and that’s a big plus.
