I bought this unit to replace a WP-360 I had been using for years. The power toggle-switch on the old unit had stopped clicking into place: I had to hold it in place while using the unit. Well, the new unit has been doing the same thing, out of the box. The new unit is behaving like my worn-out old unit. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like using my water flosser. It was fun when i first got it to not washing the mirror and walls but a little practice and I had it down. I was told later i should've practiced in the shower. I love how it makes my gums feel after i finish.
