Works very well. I am very pleased with the clean feel I have when finished, however, water will run down my arm and get everywhere when using on one side of my mouth. I also wish there was a cap to cover the charging outlet so water did not get into the outlet while using.

Hard to remove the reservoir

I cannot get the water reservoir to clean it. And it has what looks like mold in the cracks between the reservoir and the power handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only gripes with this item is battery life and water capacity. The battery performance starts to degrade after the second use which means more frequent recharging, and the battery recharges painfully slowly. Also, the water reservoir doesn’t last very long given the volume at which the device consumes water.
