I could not get this model to work for me. Tried 3 different ones from same store. 1st one lasted approx. 2 months. 2nd one lasted approx. 9 months. 3rd & final one lasted 2 weeks or less. I followed directions with charging & everything. All 3 stopped working completely. Returned all 3 & bought new model from different store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After less than 3 weeks, the unit leaked water out the front where the plug goes to recharge it. The previous one leaked as well but not until after I had owned it for over 2 years. I simply assumed the original one was just old and purchased a new one. I have since returned the new one and bought a different brand.

Broke after two weeks

Other than leaking water sometimes I really liked this product at first. However after about two weeks it stopped working and will not charge or turn on anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not surprisingly, this is a messy operation. So I guess it doesn't matter much that the connection between the blue reservoir and the white pump leaks. If you fill it and set it down on the counter, you'll create a small puddle. The jet seems a little weaker than I had expected but it still seems to be fairly effective. Seems to hold a charge fairly well. After market tips are iffy to order. While Waterpik labels their tips low pressure and high pressure (they have others), other companies might say classic. The ones I ordered seem to be half way between low and high pressure - judging from the diameter of the tip opening. 6 "Classic Jet tips" for ten bucks. Name brand cost a little more.

I travel frequently and this portable power flosser goes everywhere with me. It fits in my personal item on a plane, and whatever bag I pack for land travel. I love that it is rechargable so I only have to carry it's cable instead of batteries for a long trip. I would have given it a 5 but my first one died, for no apparent reason, just days after one year. I was hoping it would have a longer life. I did replace it with this identical one and hope it lives longer.

Great product, I've been using the WP-360 for well over 10 years. It's really great if you have permanent bridges. Only issue I have is that the batteries only last a couple of years.
