I purchased a Waterpik water flosser (with extended warranty) 12/2023. It died 11/2024. I purchased a replacement 12/06/2024 (with extended warranty). It died 20 days later! Not much good to be said there!!!! You have no problem raising the price of product and warranty but there certainly is NO improvement in the quality.

Would not buy again. The stream of water is weak and does not remove food particles from between teeth. I do not feel that it cleans my teeth the way other models of waterpiks that I have owned. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Waterpik is worth the price. I like the ease in use. The only thing is the top sticks shut and can be hard to open. The rubber seals very tightly.
This product works very well and is helping my teeth and gums. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is that the tank will drip a bit when filled with water right under where the plug goes. Also your are supposed to be able to remove the tank so I thought I would to see if I had put it on incorrectly, but I can not get the tank off.
