Don't seem to last. Two have died at or after guarantee. This last one was replaced without additional warranty since it was the end of warranty time. Other than that I do like the Water pik.

The blue tip worked more consistently with intervals of more intensity, except for the last few times before I switched to the clear tip, after a month. The clear tip is inconsistent in intervals of increased intensity. The guide does not explain to expect the interval changes to more intense pressure in both tips. I thought that was a fault in my old WP-360, because some days it refused to alter in intensity, and then the batter died. The charger cord indicator light, which is a new improvement, but the guide also does not inform the customer.

Works really well so after the first one quit working after only 3 months (would not do anything - no power) I did try another one. We'll see...

I never thought water flossing was effective, but my dental hygienist suggested I try one, so I bought this the WP-360. I couldn't believe how much better a Waterpik cleans between teeth than regular floss - and so quickly. I just had a regular checkup, and my gums didn't bleed. I am recommending this to everyone I know... I'm 73, and I can't believe I'm only now trying out a Waterpik!
I bought this when the hose on my different waterpik broke. It doesn’t hold as much water and doesn’t have the pressure as my other one. I found I could replace the hose on old one so I gifted this one to my daughter.
