Reservoir is too small; food collects under reservoir flap and has to be cleaned after each use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello A Scott - We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with the WP-360. It's designed to be compact for travel and small spaces, so you might need to refill the reservoir more than once. If that's inconvenient, a counter top model might be better for you. We suggest cleaning the reservoir weekly. Recommended by my dentist to clean around a recent implant. She said bacteria can't harm the implant but can cause decay to the adjacent teeth. Floss doesn't reach all areas around the implant. I love that it is cordless and love the curved end attachment specifically designed for implants.
This water pic was not cheap. It may be the nature of a water pick but it’s very messy. The pic ejection button is too close to the on button. If you don’t hit it in the right spot, the unit will start to squirt all over the room. The water tank is too small. It runs out quickly.
I had my waterpik for over 20 years…unfortunately it hit the floor and I had to replace it. I can’t be without it. I use it after every meal and at bedtime. I love mine. My teeth are close together so food gets in between spaces. Much easier than flossing. Haven’t had a cavity in years.
