I've used it enough to charge it a 2nd time--the initial time was a looong charge and the 2nd took over 12 hours and then I unplugged it. The only help in knowing when it needs charging is the motor slows, and I think it's fully charged when the green light on the cord stays green without flashing. The water 'piking' seems a little less powerful than the other flosser brand I had. I'm actually still getting used to this particular flosser.
Does the Job of removing particle, it’s portable I’m able to take it with me without the bulk. It cleans well my only reason for a 4 out of 5 is that the pressure isn’t as good as the original.
Less than a month old and already failing. I am not happy.

I didn't give it 5☆because; 1) it leaks when tuned upside-down 2) can't get any different add ons like the other models. Other than those it's a great little device.!
