I had this exact Waterpik last year but the connection to the battery became corroded. I hadn't registered that one, so I didn't pursue a replacement. I like the convenience of not having a cord to deal with. I wish it had more than one speed setting.

I have used this on several trips and enjoy the results, easy to use, powerful and easy to pack. The only down side if there is one is the water reservoir is small so it takes a few refills to do the job. The battery life is sufficient for a 10 day trip so I leave the charger at home.

5 - 10 year user, I finally had to replace the original. After I began using, my dentist & hygienist were virtually speechless after measuring the improvement in my gum and teeth health. Wish I had been using this all my life. I am surprised at how much food/debris is washed out by this unit after brushing. My mouth feels fresh in the morning when I wake up. Well made, takes up very little space on the counter, easy to use. Unit lasted longer than expected. Hope this new one lasts as long. BE SURE AND LEAN OVER THE SINK WHEN YOU START!

Overall good product. I've had one of the older counter style waterpiks for years and decided to upgrade. I like the ease of use, but the pressure con vary compared to countertops version. The handheld keeps a charge for at least a week and does a good job cleaning between teeth. Based on how I like to floss, I have found it necessary to refill the tank, but it does do a good job on the first pass. There are two tips to allow for both lower or higher pressure. Charging is fast, but there is no light to show you the charge status. It take a little getting used to considering its overall size again compared to wands of countertop models, but overall it was a good purchase with minor changes needed to make it great.
