I have only had this for a few months and it has already stopped working. It just makes on pulsing sound every few seconds and does nothing. I have had other water picks for years and they continue working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This device is cumbersome to use and exceptionally messy. I dislike it more than I can say. I had a countertop model prior to this and liked it, but couldn't find one locally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need more tip options

Works great but I wish more tips were available for the portable unit I bought. I bought it to do deep cleaning but can't unless I buy a different model.

I bought this item because it is compact and easy to you. The other model was too bulky and kept falling from the area I kept it next to my bathroom sink. Though it does not hold as much water as my previous model, I still prefer it.
