I have used a waterpik for a few years now which results in better than average dental checkups. However, I replaced my previous model with this one month ago and unfortunately, I have had to change the "spray head" twice for some reason which has never happened before. I may be forced to buy a new one before this one stops completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased the WP 360 about one month ago and it is living up to its reputation. Fits into my hand nicely and all buttons are easily operated. Water pressure coming out of the mouth pieces does an adequate job in flossing front and back of the teeth and cleans in between teeth. Like I said it is a Handy Dandy.
I purchased my Waterpik last September and I just loved it. I even got comments at my dentist office on how clean my were. In June the entire unit went dead. We contacted Customer Service and they replaced the entire unit. Now already in August it has done the same thing. I do like the product but am very disappointed that is doing the very same thing. I will contact Customer Service again but don't think they will replace it a second time. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do now?
