I usually buy the larger tanked Waterpik so that I do not have to refill during use. Thought for the difference in money I would try this one this time - glad I did - same great functions and quality as the other rechargeable model. Refilling isn't a bid deal.
It is simply easy to use and does the job perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it - but power adaptor breaks easily

I love these but this is the 3rd one I've purchased in the last 5 years. Every time it's the power adapter that fails. They should have those available for purchase because they break so easily. I just bought the newer model so hopefully it will be better. Fingers crossed. On a better note, I have not had one cavity since I started using the Waterpik and my receding gum problem has completely stopped. It's fantastic!! Before using this magic tool, I had 1 - 2 cavities every single time I went to the dentist (every 6 months) despite being an avid brusher (sonicare) and flosser.
It was a bit comical using the cordless Waterpik the first few times, as much of the bathroom got a bath. But by the third day I caught on to it. Meanwhile, I thought perhaps I wasn't using it correctly, so followed up each time with dental floss. The floss looked as if I hadn't used it, because even though I wasn't very adept at using the Waterpik, apparently it was doing the job. The Waterpik works very well and I like to use it 2 - 3 times/day, depending on what I've been eating. Nuts, popcorn, and poultry debris gets removed perfectly, as well as grains and other foods. Love it!
