I work in the Dental field and on a daily basis I am always recommending this products to our patients. I have never been one to like flossing and I just never felt clean after I did. The first day I use this waterpik I was blown away with how clean and spotless between my teeth were. Now that I am using the product I am fully able to recommend this product.

Positive: Although taking some getting used to, I was amazed on how much debris was removed even after flossing and brushing.
Negative: I'm never sure if the water container is thoroughly clean because one can not see through it, and the shape doesn't lend to easy cleaning. I didn't realized the battery could not be replaced.

All Water Flossers sold in the United States and Canada are 120 volts and 60 Hertz/frequency. The use of a voltage convertor does not allow for the correction of the frequency rate. The variance of frequency rate may cause the motor to over heat and fail. The type of failure is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Do no plug the device into an electrial system that is different from the specification on the device or charger. Doing so may damage the device or charger.
