Was Great for Awhile

I've used my Waterpik for several months and it worked great. I was surprised how much the Waterpik was able to get out of my teeth. Even after I brushed and flossed my teeth, the Waterpik still got out small particles of food. However, now it does not work at all. For some reason, it does not hold a charge. I've followed the troubleshooting instructions, but it still does not work. I don't want to have to buy a new one every year. The brochure says the battery is not replaceable. Seems to me the product should last a lot longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
