"The easy and more effective way to floss!" says it all. I am very pleased with this product, its cordless rechargeable feature, its guarantee of healthier gums in 14 days, a one year warranty, and having two jet tips - one for gentle cleaning, one for deep cleaning. My dental hygienist suggested I might like to try a water pik instead of string floss -- I wish I'd known about this product long ago.
I have had it 10 days. It has taken a while to get used to the different features from my older Water Pic. I wish there were more directions and hints for using. It is going pretty well now. I think in another few days it will be fine.
The pik is fantastic for getting food out between your teeth. Your teeth and mouth feel better after one week's use. However, the first one I bought in August quit working in September. I called the toll free number. The service man said the battery may have powered down so to hold the off button for 30 seconds and recharge it for 24 hours. He said it may take multiple times. I tried it five times and it is still not working. I got a lemon. Grrrr. I did purchase another. It does a great job. I'm just hoping it lasts longer than one month.
