Bought this to try a water flosser, might buy a larger unit with bigger water capacity with tips for others. Then keep for travel or send to sibling who recommended water-pikking, who travels a lot.

I bought 2 of these a month ago. One for me and one for my grandson who just got braces ! We both love them. However I have had a problem reaching you. I tried to use the $44.00 credit I was entitled to but every time I filled out the form I got a response that they didn't recognize my email address. You sent me a email to notify me of the offer. There was no way to "contact us" as with other companies. I was very unhappy and frustrated with this and deleted you offer email.

I bought this waterpix a few weeks ago. I loved the waterpix and needed one again. However, it does not have the same pulsating strength that the previous one had. I am sadly disappointed.

I bought this product and I am not perticularly liking it because it is poorly designed and you have to refill the water at least a couple of times to get a good cleaning. It is awkward to hold on to. I am going to go buy the large water pik.
