This is my third flosser. The first 2 lasted 1 yr. each. I'm having trouble with water getting between the water tank and the pump. I dry it with every use. The pump seemed to go first with the first two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago because my dental hygienist recommended it because I get a lot of plaque build-up no matter what I do to prevent it even with regular cleanings. I can tell the biggest difference since using it. I love it! My teeth feel so clean everyday and I have NO build-up.

I have used Water Pick dental appliances for many years. Each appliance had a sturdy pump that lasted for years. This new one is failing within a few months. It is a "lemon". I am waiting to see if they honor the warranty.
