It works great. My only issue is that it either needs to be heavier or have suction cups on the base so that it does not move around when using or remove the water container to fill or drain.

This is my third Waterpik in several years. I've always been happy with the water flosser so when my previous one died after many years of use, I bought a new one in March. Sadly, it only worked for three months then just totally stopped. Eagerly waiting for a replacement. This is normally a great product and has helped my gum health immensely. Highly recommend it's use.
