Terrible engineering

This is the fourth one I have returned in a year? They work great for awhile then just stop working, has something to do with the blue button to stop flow. Not sure what it is happening all I know is it stops pushing water through. As I stated 4 in a year I have returned. Very inept piece of oral care.

Button Sticks

Bought the Ultra for my son when he got braces on. Within the 1st month, the button to start and stop the flow on the handle would stick in. After a couple of jolts to knock it free, it would work again. Now, I cannot free the button. This has been a constant problem and would not recommend again.
I have this a 5 star because this is a wonderful product that leaves my whole mouth feeling super clean! Also this company has excellent customer service! For some unknown reason the pause button quick working properly. After soaking in vinegar didnt fix the problem, they quickly sent me put a new wand absolutely free and I easily installed the new one. It works like new. Thank you!
Be prepared to replace the water hose and nozzle, it stop working after only a couple of months.

Buy something else

I use this for 3 minutes a day. Just bought my third one because they just stop with an electronic problem. Failures are after a year or two. Not much use for the price. I bought another because I needed it now. I will find a different product that has some semblance of quality components as this is absolutely unsatisfactory. Never again.

Got this for Christmas 2021, Jan12,22 it no longer works. When it did work I was beginning to like it. Really doubtful I will buy one for myself.
