I had the smaller one that you charge WP360 & it does not hold up - I have purchased 2 of them and they only will charge for a year - then nothing. The dentist said I had to use one. So I hope the WP100 holds up better. So far I am very happy with it.

I bought my waterpik one and a half months ago. I was very satisfied with it until the pause botton on the handle stopped working. I called and had a new handle sent to me. I am happy to have it working again.

This product was recommended by our dentist, and we have been glad to add it to our dental care at home. The product arrived as described and does what it's supposed to do. Good design except for the cord attaching the pik to the machine--a bit too short and curly. Otherwise-great.
