Ihis product really works well. The first one I bought stopped working within the first year. I cannot find the paper work, but it is registered. Can anything be done?

I bought this a couple of weeks ago after seeing it advertised on TV. I'm still in the early stages of using it but I can't believe I definitely see a difference. I love having a variety if pics to choose from. I didn't know if it was necessary to have two but having the travel size is so convenient. Now it goes everywhere with me.

It takes some getting use to. The pressure has to be adjusted to the user. Practice will finally get you to use it without spraying water all over the place. It removes the large particiles but im not sure as yet how good it does in removing plaque.
