I use product regularly and happy with it. I do have a problem with on-off switch. I find it difficult to move from off to on and, as a result, I leave it on the "on" position all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very pleased. Much easier on my existing fillings and caps than dental floss. Seems to refresh my mouth, and combined with subsequent brushing, and mouthwash, just makes my mouth feel better!
