I asked my dental hygienist for a recommendation - it's really hard for me to floss, especially in my back teeth. After a month, I am so impressed every time I use the WaterPik. It has a slender tip, so it can clean the gums around my back teeth really, really well. I'm glad I spent the money!
My dentist recommended that I get this unit for my zirconia crowns and onlays and I love it! It's easy to use and to clean and I like that the parts are readily available online.
Brushing is good, flossing even better, but the Waterpik goes where no oral hygiene system has previously gone in that it removes those particles that brushing and flossing simply cannot touch. Do yourself a favor and have a truly clean mouth. <><
I bought the waterpik around 4 weeks ago for my 12 year old daughter who has braces. The orthodontist recommended a surgical procedure for swollen gums. After seeing an advertisement for the Waterpik at 2am, we decided to give it a try. 4 weeks and an orthodontist appointment later, my daughter's swelling has significantly decreased and the surgery is no longer recommended. Thank goodness for the Waterpik!!!!!!
I decided to try the Waterpik on a recommendation from my dental hygienist. I have never been a great flosser. She had stated that her patients that use the product have seen noticeable improvements so I made the purchase. All that I can say is WOW. I do brush very well, every day, and follow the 2 minute rule with an electronic tooth brush. From the first time I used the Waterpic, after my brushing, I could not believe what it removed from my teeth. The product works great and my mouth feels much cleaner. I should have started using this appliance much sooner!
Had previous Waterpik but it was too big for my small bathroom. Purchased this new smaller size and it is working out very well. Hopefully, I will be better at using it since it is more convenient.
I bought the wP-100 a month ago and glad I did. I had a battery operated model for about 3 years but didn't seem to be all that good. The WP-100 seems to do a much better job.
