The 2 other water picks I bought, thru the years included multi spray attached pick (II believe it's called tongue cleaner) this one doesn't have it although it advertise it on box. I was/am disappointed it is not in box. This is why I bought this product again. Please send me one at no cost if you can. If this "tool was included my rating would be excellent!
