I had one for many years. The tubing broke. This is a replacement. My only complaint is that the water holder is hard to grab so it can be emptied and refilled.
I started using a waterpik when I had braces about a year ago. I will continue to use this after the braces are removed because it is not possible to clean teeth as effectively using only a toothbrush. This product is awesome and I'm very glad to have learned about it and now have made it a part of my daily routine.
Hi! I bought this product recently to clean my dentures (recommended by my dentist) and overall, it does very well. Easy to use, clean, and dependable.
To me, there are (4) design flaws however:
1. It's LOUD and VIBRATES a lot! you can see it shake on a countertop!
2. It's NOT designed for travel.. no 220V (found in many overseas countries) too bulky the design seems to confuse TSA at the airport!
3. The tip container (inside the white lid) doesn't tend to hold the tips in place well. They tend to slide around and one has to PUSH down to make sure they fit into their holders. I have one with no holder to put it in.
4. The wand holder is not secure. The wand slides out way too easily.
Don't let this scare you away. tend to prefer small compact quiet with minimum fuss and bother. It is a dependable machine which will last a long time.
If these (4) items above were resolved (and it was more reasonably priced) then I would easily recommend it.
Wow, this came with every attachment possible! Easy to use and clean! Being 50+ my gums where starting to have issues. It's no longer the case! Indeed 14 days later I could see a vast improvement!
