Poor quality

Water on/off switch stuck in off position. Unable to use. Purchased approximately one month ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that this happened. Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions.

No water flow

I bought one of these and it worked for a whole day then stopped working. It was brand new. No water flow. Returned it. Bought another one and wouldn't even work at all. The water would slowly try to come out but then would go back down. Cheaply made products. Something brand new should work at least for awhile right? Waste of money.

We are so sorry that this happened. The lack of water flow sounds like the reservoir/reservoir valve may not have been fully engaged. The Ultra models carry a three year warranty. This is the 2nd Waterpik I have owned. They fixed some of the design flaws from the older models by using a 'slide bar' on the handle which is WAY better than the button you pushed on the older one. I pushed that button on the old one once, and it got stuck to the point where it would never release. This does a great job of getting stuff out between your teeth that regular brushing and flossing just doesn't get.
It started to leak from the handle after only a couple of uses

The 10 speed rate is not the same as what a 10 was on our old one

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your WP-100. We have not made any changes to the motor in several years. The highest setting produces 100PSI. Works great for 6 months then breaks.

These things work great, just don’t expect it to last more then 1 year. I’ve had 3 and they have all stopped working. I will look for another brand to see if the quality is any better.
I love this Waterpik thank goodness my sister told me about it. Leaves your mouth fresh. I now have 2 one for my house and the other one for when I go out of town which I decided to leave it there at my other house. I used to use a syringe my dentist gave me not no more I only carry that one now in my purse for emergencies
