bad switch

I just bought another of this model because the one I had, the switch stopped working completely. This is after about 3 years of use. After about a year, the switch wouldn't turn off, so to turn it off, I had to unplug it (and to turn it on, had to plug it in). I had lost my receipt so couldn't prove date of purchase so didn't try to return it. Keep you receipt and don't expect real quality. So why did I buy another of the same kind? I'll give it a second chance and this time, I will send it in if/when the switch goes out. Oh, you do get a fancy case with an abundance of tips, most of which you'll never use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed!!

I have used this particular water pik for many years. The other day the cord broke - it looked like it had been cut. I immediately purchased another exact one. It just made noise and did not work. Believing I had just gotten a lemon, I returned it and purchased another exact one. At first no water came out but then it started working. Problem is it made ALOT of noise and was shaking on the countertop. I returned it being VERY DISAPPOINTED and am looking to purchase a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We like your Waterpik. It works well and is a replacement for the first one that, after years, was giving out with less pressure. We like the upgraded replaceable hand wand that doesn’t leak. Good improvements! Keep up the valued product!

Water pressure is so weak, it didn’t even spray through to other side; more like a drizzle so it’s useless.
