The product works as described. I would be careful in using the higher settings for flossing because the lower settings have a powerful but intermittent flow that if not use properly can irritate the gums. Should have come with all the interchangeable heads including the tongue scraper.

Our old Waterpik past away and since our teeth don't really feel clean without a daily use of a Waterpik, we had to get a new one. This one does a great job. Even after flossing, this unit seems to find hidden food particles. This is a really good machine!
