I really like the design. It is more compact and the water actually stays in the reservoir instead of eventually leaking out. I also like the case for the Pik tips.
I bought a Water Pik about a month ago. It was super easy to use to clean my teeth. I use warm water and the warm water pulsating against my gums felt very good. My Water Pik has various mouth attachments to spread water or pinpoint water, like an adjustable shower head. The amount of water which comes out at a time is also adjustable. My teeth and gums feel very good and clean.
I bought this product to improve my gum health. Iam using it with periogen and hoping it will reverse my pockets. So far so good. Bleeding gums have stopped. Next week I willsee a specialist to hear what progress he thinks I have made.
This wasy first water pic and I am very happy with it. I initially got it because I had gotten braces and flossing was very difficult. I live the ease of flossing with water instead! The attachments are an added bonus. I particularly like to use the "plaque finder" and the "orthodontic" tips. My family members got tips of their own and everyone, braces or not, agrees that it it a wonderful addition to a great oral hygiene routine.
