It's been over a month that I received my WP-100. This was my first purchase of any water flosser after being advised by my dental hygienist for 2+ years. I had always despised string flossing because of the sensitivity and bleeding it brought onto my gums, and I never felt certain I was even flossing correctly. This water flosser effectively removes food particles between teeth that brushing misses. I would have rated it excellent except that when I first used the unit, there was a large water leak from where the handle hose exits the main unit. Installation of a new handle unit completely solved the problem and I have been very happy with the unit ever since.
