There's no way you could be more efficient with any other method!! Plus after your gums get used to it it feels like a massage for your mouth!! The day I wear out my first one will be the same day I buy my second one!!!

I purchased this a month ago and feel it is easy to operate , the ability to set the force is great, has a number of heads and they are easy to use, however difficult to really determine how one head should be used from the other.
