I bought this to help with gum disease problem and it has eliminated it completely. I can't imagine my life without it. That sounds over the top but seriously, I feel my mouth has never been healthier. The food particles that come out after I have brushed my teeth is unbelievable. I strongly recommend this product. Too new to tell about longevity of the life of this machine, but I would be happy with 3 years. LOVE IT!
