I got it due to some periodontal issues, and my arthritis in my hands makes it hard for me to handle floss. I like how I can control the pressure of the stream, and I never mind having to use it!

Waited awhile to review but still happy with purchase. Cleans gums very good, but still need to floss as recommended. I can only handle setting number 4 of 10 settings, very powerful, may boost it up when gums get stronger.
