I bought this about a month ago. I really like it except for two things. First it took some getting use to having to push the button to stop the water flow. After many accidental sprays in my face and on the mirror and vanity, I finally remember to hold the button in after I turn the pic on. I really would like it if I had to push the button to activate the water flow.
The second thing would be to have a longer power cord.

I bought this on the recommendation of my dentist's office and am very happy that I did. I love using it, it's much more effective than flossing and I find that I'm often using multiple times per day. I have not had any problems with it so far, it's very easy to use and comes with quite a few attachment tips so you can change them around for different issues.

I bought this a month ago and use it daily and more. It does a great job of keeping your mouth clean and healthy. You will be amazed at how much debris is still left in you teeth after a good brushing with an electric tooth brush. The unit is easy to keep clean and takes less than a minute to use. If I am home I use it after each meal otherwise morning and night after meals. You will be very happy with this unit adjustable power/ force, pause button on handle, and very acceptable motor sound.
