The Nano quit while I was on a 2 week trip. It was cheaper to buy the two together rather just replace the Nano.

leaking reservior

i've seen people complain about the rubber stopper in the bottom leaking. well i wrote to them and they gladly sent me 2 replacements free of charge. some folks said they bought an entire reservoir. just send them a request an save some $$$$$. 1 thing i didn't know.......don't add mouthwash or peroxide, etc to the water or wash it out really good if you do. thank you waterpik.

This waterpik works great , but the only problem is I wish the cord was a little longer because I have to hold bend down to use it to keep from turning the unit over.

I bought this a month ago so my 14 year old grandson could get used to it. He was getting braces and much to my surprise, he loved the WaterPic. Braces are now ON and he is loving the ease of cleaning around the braces and he doesn't have to FLOSS!! Wonderful product.
