I bought mine as a replacement for a previous identical model. I am a user of this product for over 10 years. I love that it cleans effectively, and it's results are apparent to me and my dental hygienist.
I've noticed only one single flaw over the years. The handle usually breaks off where it meets and connects to the tube. For some reason, that is the single fatal weakness.
If that weakness in design is fixed, I would give this product 5 stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a month is ago. It is helping me out! If you have arthritis this works better than the ones that are bottles. Have an older sister and she has the same one. She too is glad to have it.

We bought this model at the suggestion of our dentist and hygienist. Being a retired dentist I've used waterpics through the years and always liked them. This one is much more effective than some older models I've used. I like the adjustable pressure setting and the tips work very well.
