I'm 46 years old, and I just had braces put on my teeth a little over a month ago. Obviously, good oral hygiene is essential, especially since there are so many places that food can get caught up in. I usually brush and floss after every meal, but I wanted to be absolutely sure that I wasn't missing anything, so I purchased the WaterPik. I was absolutely AMAZED at how much "gunk" came out of my mouth. I mean, I do an above average job with regards to brushing and flossing, so I expected to see maybe 1 or 2 particles of food that I had missed, but that was NOT the case. I was extremely surprised at the amount of stuff that the WaterPik was able to remove from my teeth. I took a chance on this product, and it sure did pay off. I recommend WaterPik to EVERYONE. I couldn't be happier.
