I got the WP-100 about a month ago and I like it. I would give it a 5 stars if the water flow would work every time. Some time, I have to adjust the head several times to make the water flowing out.

i brought this item about a month ago. it was recommended by my dentist who suggested it after i spoke about constant bleeding gums. he suggested added a few drops of Milton baby sterilizer to the water and one week later the bleeding has near enough stopped completely.

This is my second WaterPik. I had to replace my first one after only 6 months because the rubber gasket at the bottom started leaking water and I could NOT find a replacement part for it.
It would be nice if there was a user friendly site in which to order replacement/defective parts.
