My dental hygienist recommend this to me a year ago. We both can see the difference after using the waterpic nightly. The pockets I had in between my teeth have lessened and I love the extra clean feeling, like after leaving the dentist. This is a great product.

Purchased about a month ago. Easy to set up and use. Direction said water cup can be cleaned periodically in the dishwasher. But I wonder about the water that collects between the cup and base; it's not clear how that can be sterilized over time.
