I bought one for my husband and decided to get one for me. I had never used one. I am glad I did..removes all the hidden gunk in my teeth and makes my teeth fresh and clean. Helps with my peridontal disease.

I've had problems trying to get the waterpik to start squirting water after it's turned on. I have to work with the drain in the bottom of the water container before it finally starts working properly.

Hello I was using the cordless model or about 2-3 years and it stopped working. I decided to upgrade to a plug in model. I chose the WP-100 because of affordability. It's a tad noisy but I guess that's expected. Otherwise I like it.
