Had this for about a month and it works very well. Dentist recommended a Waterpik wp100 series. I was informed that the water pressure could be adjusted and that the unit came with multiply cleaning tips. Another plus. I also like the tank because I don't have to refill it constantly while in use. Had another type of water cleaner but could not adjust the pressure, found it hard to use. This one gets down with getting into hard to reach areas. Fantastic.
