I am happy to have a new machine. The plastic on the old one faded over the years. I am really disappointed with how noisey the motor is on the new one. I have a friend who felt the same way. He took the motor out of his old waterpik and put it in the new one. Unfortunately, I already threw my old waterpik away.

I just got my new water pick a month ago. Love all the new features. I had a water pick years ago and didn't replace it when it broke. So I am really enjoying my new one.

The motor not strong enough as older models were. Water hose from handle to unit always cracks in older models and requires replacement.
