I had a lot of dental work done and my Dentist recommended I purchase a Water Pik to keep my gums healthy and clean the food from in between my teeth and crowns. I had never used one before. Just remember it takes a few days to get used to it. The first couple of times water went everywhere! You have to keep your mouth somewhat closed. I Love this product and wish I had done this years ago.
