The Ultra waterflosser was disappointing.

I bought this product because of reviews and price. I was disappointed by this product because the motor was loud, water stream was forceful even on lower setting. It was hard to control the direction of water when turned on, because water sprayed everywhere & not just inside my mouth/gums. I want my money refunded.

Great until the water pik cord started leaking

I've owned this water pik for about 2 years now and have been very happy with its performance and how well it does the job. Unfortunately in the last week I noticed the hose/cord going from the pik to the machine was leaking. Tonight, when using the water pik water started spraying from several spots soaking my bathroom counter and myself! After further examination I discovered the rubber tubing had several breaks/tears. Not sure if I registered the product when I bought it but I'm disappointed that it didn't last longer.

I used to have a cordless waterpik and I never used it but I upgraded to this one and I use it every night! I put a capful of whitening rinse and by the time I’m done my teeth look white and plaque free! My dentist will be so happy that I’m using this!

Loving the specialty tips! I primarily use the plaque seeker tip and very happy to report at my last dental cleaning, there was no plaque! The deep pocket tip is handy as well.
