This product makes cleaning between the teeth not so much of a task. It’s easy and simple to use. Just keep your mouth closed when using so you don’t drip water everywhere and you’ll love the product as much as I do. I use water pick first, then I brush, then mouthwash. Finally I end with a rinse with my waterpik to rinse off all of the teeth. End result: perfectly clean mouth!!
This is the third one we've had. The reason for the replacement of each was that the pressure release button on the wand stopped working even though we always used bottled water as suggested. On the second unit, the wand was replaced on warranty. If this third one fails, we'll look for another means of deep cleaning our teeth.

I think this is a great machine and my teeth have never felt better. Flossing has always been very difficult and painful for me as my teeth are big for my little mouth and they are very tight together. The difference is astonishing as far as how they feel. I do like this feeling. I have not tried the various accessories. Im stuck on the one I used the first time. It does the job.

I got a waterpik ultra from my mom for Christmas. When I opened it all the attachments you need to use it were missing so I contacted the number on the box and they sent me the attachments. When I finally got the attachments I was very excited and tried to use it but IT DOESNT WORK . It won't do anything at all. Such a let down I had to wait so long to use it then finally am able to and it doesn't function at all, very disappointed with the company right now.

Item was faulty and had like a broken on off switch, water would not flow out at all. The store I bought was not ready to take it back initially buy after talking to manager and he trying it out himself accepted the return

Purchased to replace a unit that had an ongoing wand issue and lack of pressure/ suction. This new unit is extremely noisy and does not have the suction power I have had in the past or my husbands unit has. It’s an essential part of my daily oral care, I hope these issues get resolved in newer models. Thank you for asking any recommendations I can make to increase efficiency would be appreciated.

We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with this model. We will make sure to pass your feedback on to our Product Design Team. The motors have not recently changed and the pressure on setting 10 is 100PSI and the highest pressure available.

I purchased the Ultra WP-100 waterpik water flosser, I used it. I am very pleased with product, I really like the fact they're multiple attachment heads to choose from based on your need of care. The water pressure is GREAT! I hear so many people complain of having purchased other water flossers that do not stand up to what they expected. My Dentist recommended this actual product, I am glad I made the choice to purchase this. It may cost $$ but it is well worth your bucks......If you are committed to having healthier teeth and gums this is the way to go. I also love the fact you can add liquid forms of oral cleansing to maximum your results. I brush in the mornings daily and I use my waterpik water flosser nightly before bedtime, I wake up and my teeth & gums feel and look absolutely GREAT as my Dentist stated using this product daily would most definitely improve the overall health of my mouth.
