I'm happy with the Waterpik. I floss first, then use the waterpik. I can't believe how much stuff is left in my teeth after flossing. I'm so glad I invested in one.

The regular pick that come standard will suffice. Remember to put the pic in your mouth before you press he. Iron or you'll get a mini shower. Don't make it too strong at First. Seems to work well
